17.5 percent of newly-licensed RNs leave their first nursing job within the first year, and one in three (33.5%) leave within two years.

This high rate turnover is, in part, due to burn-out, lack of resources, and fatigue. All of which the Tobi Tajomavwo Nursing Foundation (TTNF) plan to address through charitable and educational resources.

We Root For Nurses

Tobi Tajomavwo Nursing Foundation (TTNF) is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization, comprised of a group of dedicated professionals, whose mission is to provide educational and charitable resources that will empower the next generation of nurses.

TTNF got its start from the lived experiences of the founder, Tobi Tajomavwo, a registered nurse who merely survived at the university she graduated from in 2013. Quickly after starting her podcast: “TobiTalks – A Nursing Career Guide for Millennials”, she realized that her nursing school experience wasn’t hers alone. She learned through crafting a platform to give other nurses a voice, that there was a clear gap in resources and support for students like her. Because of this, she decided to extend her services by founding Tobi Tajomavwo Nursing Foundation.
